ABOUT & LEGAL
Terms of service
Clear expectations for adults using SexySwingers and the limits of the current development service.

Adults, accounts and authentic profiles
- You and everyone represented by your profile must be 18 or over. Do not register for, depict or seek contact with minors.
- Provide accurate information, use an email you control and protect your login. One account currently has one member profile; a couple/group profile can represent multiple consenting adults.
- Do not impersonate people, falsely claim to represent a venue or use someone else's photographs without permission.
- Email confirmation and a date-of-birth check are current features. Independent age assurance and a complete manual authenticity process are not live and are not implied by registration.
Your content and permissions
Upload only content you are entitled to share. Obtain the informed consent of every identifiable adult pictured and respect withdrawal of consent. Never post non-consensual intimate images, threats, exploitation or illegal material. Do not use photos, messages or profile details to expose someone's private life.
The proposed member-content permission is limited to hosting, processing and showing your content to the audiences you choose so the service can operate. It does not transfer ownership of your content or grant a separate right to use it in advertising. Final licence language remains subject to legal review.
The SexySwingers branding and interface assets are not offered for reuse merely because you can view the site. Respect third-party intellectual-property rights.
Respect, consent and prohibited behaviour
No harassment, coercion, stalking, threats, scams, trafficking, exploitation, impersonation, non-consensual imagery or unwanted explicit messages. A connection, prior meeting, payment, relationship or verification badge never creates an entitlement to attention or physical contact.
Do not evade blocks, scrape member information, attempt unauthorised access or distribute private photographs/messages. The rules also apply to conduct organised through this service.
Reports, restrictions and account closure
Current tools submit post/message reports and let members block profiles. Blocking restricts supported member interactions; it does not remove copies already held elsewhere. Reporting is not an emergency service and no response-time guarantee has been established.
Suspended/paused profile states exist in the data model, but a complete moderation dashboard, staffed review/appeals service and self-service account deletion are not implemented. The operator must approve and operate fair investigation, notification, suspension, termination and appeal procedures before public launch. Requests to close an account need the still-to-be-confirmed support route.
Availability, future paid features and your rights
This development service may change or be unavailable. No match, meeting, member authenticity or personal safety is guaranteed. These draft terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor remove applicable consumer rights.
Subscriptions, premium listings, advertising purchases, bookings and ticket sales are not active. If paid services are introduced, prices, renewal/cancellation terms, payment responsibilities and applicable remedies must be explained before purchase. Nothing here authorises a charge.
Applicable UK consumer protections remain in place; a final contract must be reviewed for fairness. No mandatory foreign dispute forum or blanket waiver of statutory rights is imposed by this draft.
Operator and complaints process
Legal operator, public correspondence address and complaints email: awaiting owner confirmation. There is no working general support/enquiry form to substitute for that missing contact. Do not send money, passwords or identity evidence to a member claiming to be support.
The operator must publish a complaints/escalation route, fair appeal process and appropriate governing-law terms. Privacy complaints and the ICO route are explained separately.
